2.2 Jurisdiction. You represent that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and that you are not prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law, regulation, or order.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 85jl Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names or aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across duplicate accounts.
2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 85jl reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information and to require documentary evidence at any time.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). As part of its PAGCOR-mandated compliance obligations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 85jl may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or as a condition of continued platform access. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine System ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address.
Minors must not use this Platform. If 85jl determines or reasonably suspects that a registered account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 85jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You agree to notify 85jl's customer support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. 85jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or failed to notify 85jl promptly upon discovery of a breach.
3.3 85jl staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 85jl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the Platform and all activities conducted through your account comply with all applicable laws of the Philippines.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 85jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each specific payment method are displayed at the point of transaction in the 85jl Cashier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 85jl processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard withdrawal processing time is within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account. 85jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties or using payment credentials belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 85jl complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines, as amended, and related PAGCOR circulars. 85jl reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 85jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In case of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5.3 85jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.
5.4 Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 85jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
7.1 All games offered on the 85jl Platform utilize certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment operated under regulated studio conditions. The fairness of all RNG-based games is independently certified by recognized testing laboratories.
7.2 Specific rules for each game — including house edge, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and applicable side bet rules — are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the rules of that game as displayed.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's documented malfunction policy. 85jl's liability in such circumstances is limited to returning the wager placed on the affected round.
7.4 All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed, cancelled, or modified after the game round has commenced.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 85jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11.1 85jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 85jl reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, such funds may be forfeited.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 85jl customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms following account closure. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 85jl's internal complaints process by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant division of PAGCOR or to the courts of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
85jl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 85jl will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
